Maintenance Custodian Associate – Sam’s Club

Base pay: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam’s Club, you will keep the parking lot, restrooms, and floors clean, ensuring members have a positive first and last impression. Your constant presence on your feet will maintain safety and cleanliness across the facility.

• Maintain a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience.
• Work an entire shift on your feet in physically demanding environments.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures and hazards handling protocols.
• Clean all facility areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Operate floor scrubbers, respond to spills, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with environmental sustainability guidelines.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies, ensuring correct storage and ordering when inventory is low.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable adapting quickly to changing work scenarios.
• Take pride in work and keep member satisfaction as a top priority.
• Ready to work full shifts on your feet in a physically demanding setting.
