Weekend Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and employees.

This is a weekend position for a responsible person looking to earn money on the weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between quality assurance, clients & custodians to ensure all needs are being met
• Perform quality assurance inspections and correct deficiencies
• Train staff
• Cleaning is required as we are a janitorial service
• Shift 4:00 p.m. to midnight

Requirements:

• Previous experience coaching & supervising multiple positions/employees
• Valid Driver's License and Background Check required
• Must have supervisor experience and commercial cleaning experience
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus
• 1‑2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
• The ability to be flexible, work at a fast‑paced and in a multi‑tasked job is a must
• Bilingual is a plus, Must be able to communicate in English
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Physical Demands and

Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs.

Compensation: $15.00 an hour and up

Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.
