The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. We are searching for a hardworking, dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work successfully with other team members.

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Stop at-risk behavior of others and self
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers professionally
• Fill in during staff shortages
• Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the environment

• May be required to have a valid driver’s license
• Completed all safety and task training certification
• May be required to be forklift certified
• Bilingual is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with the team
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
• No specific education requirement; 3‑6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

$15.00‑$16.00 per hour
