1st Shift Custodial Worker

We are looking to hire a 1 st Shift Custodial Worker to join our Luxco team in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe manufacturing facility with office spaces. Primary duties include cleaning/sanitizing work areas, proper disposal, and minor maintenance tasks.

• Maintain floor cleanliness by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and/or waxing.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Refill necessary supplies as needed.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles and dispose of trash into compactor/ dumpster.
• Collect cardboard and plastic film for recycling.
• Safely operate custodial equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, balers, and trash compactors.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs overhead.
• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for extended period.
• Capable of climbing ladders and working from heights.
