River City Casino & Hotel invites applicants for the Overnight Casino Floor Tech role. Join a fast‑paced entertainment team committed to employee growth and inclusive work culture.

Shift: 11:00 pm–7:30 am

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Routine mopping, buffing, burnishing, stripping, and waxing hard surface floors and stairs.
• Vacuuming, bonneting, and extracting carpets, stairwells, and upholstery.
• Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space before beginning work.
• Perform simple maintenance tasks including bulb changing.
• Maintain and clean floor care equipment and ensure appropriate chemicals are used.
• Stand, lift, and be physically active during shift; lift/move up to 40 lb and operate heavy machinery.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 ½ years experience in floor care strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of stripping, waxing, and burnishing floors with minimal to no assistance strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of operating various floor care equipment (high‑speed buffer, low‑speed scrubbers, extractor, burnisher, auto‑scrubber) strongly preferred.
