Luxor Healthcare strives for excellence! We are looking for a Maintenance Director/ Supervisor to maintain the smooth running of building maintenance. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team! Make an impact on patient care!
Responsibilities- Building maintenance program and repair coordination.
- General daily required repairs: doors, lights, paint patching, etc.
- HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, elevator maintenance.
- Generator compliance and scheduling routine maintenance.
- NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
- General plumbing/electrical skills.
- Basic carpentry skills.
- General knowledge in utilizing tools.
- Familiarity with NFPA & Life Safety codes.
