Warehouse​/Back-up Driver II

As a Warehouse Associate with Colony Hardware, you will begin the journey of bringing customer orders to life. You will produce high quality, detailed and accurate work to ensure excellent customer service.

From day to day, you will handle all incoming merchandise by receiving, examining, sorting, organizing, and labeling them with appropriate stock and inventory control codes.

• Send all picked orders to the packing department after verifying all items are free of defects or damage, and then move the completed orders to appropriate shipment locations.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts of product for inventory and enter all data manually to ensure information is updated.
• Unpack items to be stocked on shelves and load trucks with packed orders following a set of specific instructions and/or procedures in an organized and specified sequence.
• Serve as a backup delivery driver bringing our product to our customers in a professional and safe manner.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or packaging environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work.
• Experience working with RF scanners.
• Ability to navigate computer applications and websites.
• Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand‑up forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack.
