This position is responsible for the repair and upkeep of drain cleaning equipment.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Logs incoming repairs into the store in the repair portal with serial numbers
- Quotes all repairs within three (3) business days of receipt
- Works with Territory Manager to determine parts needed
- Makes approved repairs per the Territory Manager
- Notifies Territory Manager when customer repairs are complete
- Repairs all drain equipment, such as jetters, cameras, and sewer machines
- Establishes relationships with customers and resolves issues related to repairs
- Prepares Daily Repair Summaries
- Follows all company safety requirements
- Loads and unloads equipment
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Assists in pulling customer orders for pickup and shipping
- Prepares and print shipping labels and pack and seal boxes
- Assists the Territory Manager with maintaining repair specific inventory
- Picks up and delivers repair and new equipment to customers
- All other duties as assigned
- Physical ability to do work requires but not limited to bending, sitting and standing for 8+ hours
- Physical ability to do work requires lifting 1 to 60 pounds
- Must be able to drive a forklift and company vehicles
- Must be able to load and unload equipment with or without assist
- Ability to change focus frequently and often while being detail oriented and well organized
- Strong mechanical mindset
- Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and inter-department personnel
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work in a high-pressure, challenging environment
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record with a valid driver license
- 2-3 years prior repair or mechanical experience
- Experience in repairing drain cables and drain cleaning machines
- 1-2 years of welding experience
- Minimal travel may be required for training
