Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and employees.

Monday–Friday evening shift, with weekend rotation required.

• Facilitate communication between quality assurance, clients & custodians to ensure all needs are met.
• Perform quality assurance inspections and correct deficiencies.
• Train staff.
• Organize employee shifts and manage staffing adjustments.
• Respond to customer complaints and requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required.
• Perform inspections and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.

• Previous experience coaching & supervising multiple positions/employees.
• Cleaning experience required (commercial or janitorial).
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.
• Strong verbal/written communication and average math skills.
• Must be able to write reports and manage budgets.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Shift: Monday–Friday beginning at 4:00 or 5:00 p.m., weekend rotation required.
• Experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus.
• Professional janitorial company experience in office, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexible, fast-paced, multi-tasking ability.
• English communication required; bilingual is a plus.

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.

Compensation: $14.00 an hour and up.
