Responsibilities- Floor and carpet cleaning
- Maintain central vacuum
- Maintain landscaping and remove snow/ice
- Repair and paint walls
- Maintain furniture
- Team‑oriented, outgoing, and dedicated to ensuring safety and sanitation of Dolan Memory Care homes.
- All applicants must have a driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation as properties are on separate locations.
- Apartment or building maintenance experience is a plus.
8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Background checks and verification of qualifications will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
