Paycom in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for full-time work across multiple properties. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and appliances, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance.
Travel between properties is required. EPA Universal and HVAC certifications are mandatory; pool certification (CPO) is a plus. Strong emphasis on safety and reliability in daily duties.
