* Responsibilities include:
*** Trash collection/removal
* Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and other basic cleaning
* Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas
* Operating ride-on floor sweeper
* Light snow removal from exit doors and light cleanup on the parking lot
* Small repair work possible with the use of hand tools
* Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor## Qualifications
** Requirements:
*** Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
* Must be able to frequently walk, reach, bend and kneel.
* Scheduled to work M-F, 6:00am - 2:30pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch.
* Attendance and a strong work ethic are vital for this position.
