Housekeeper Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized environments across assigned facilities or residential properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in thorough cleaning, follows safety standards, and works efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning:
  Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, carpets, and surfaces across designated areas.
• Sanitization:
  Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, countertops).
• Trash & Linen Care:
  Empty waste bins, restock paper supplies/soaps, gather and wash linens/towels, and remake beds according to standard guidelines.
• Inventory & Maintenance:
  Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when reordering is required; report any maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards immediately.
• Organization:
  Keep supply closets organized, clean equipment after use, and maintain tidy working conditions.
• Compliance:
  Follow health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals (OSHA/SDS guidelines).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  
  Previous professional housekeeping or residential/commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25–30 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Dependability:
  Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Communication:
  Clear communication skills and a courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, guests, or staff.
