Our client has a direct-hire opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance team and ensure the reliability of their equipment and facilities. Someone to collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and maintain a safe work environment.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for industrial equipment, including shredders, balers, shears, cranes, conveyors, forklifts, and skid steerers.
- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team.
- Ensure efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability.
- 2-3 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
