Housekeeper

Keeps building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Clean the theatre, stairwells, and office spaces.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, strip, and wax various types of floors including carpet, tile, and cement.
• Pick up trash, empty trash and garbage receptacles, both inside and outside.
• Ensure windows are clean.
• Ensure the inside and outside of the theatre, stairwells, and office spaces remain clean and free of debris and trash.
• Lawn care, including mowing, trimming of bushes, and trimming of grass and weeds.
• Report any maintenance concerns regarding lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Applicants must have these qualifications and skills.

• 3-5 years cleaning experience, with experience maintaining various type of flooring (carpet, tile, and cement) preferred.
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours or longer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Education and Experience Required.

• High School Diploma
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• References of past experience required.
