Oversee the planning, execution, and successful implementation of enterprise systems, operational, and strategic projects. Ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet organizational goals.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage resources, including internal staff and external consultants/vendors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (IT, business units, vendors) to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage the ERP implementation lifecycle, including deployment, integration, and optimization. Experience with Lawson, SAP, Success Factors, and HRIS is a plus.
• Manage enterprise operational and strategic projects.
• Implement and maintain a sustainable project management governance structure.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including C-Suite executive Steering Team meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clergy, colleagues, and business leaders, both external and internal teams.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, plans, and issue logs.

• Manage the impact of changes to enterprise systems on business processes and users.
• Ensure effective communication and training to support users during and after implementation.

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and implementation methodologies. Experience with Lawson, SAP, Success Factors, and HRIS is a plus.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage technical components of enterprise projects.
