OverviewWe’re looking for an entrepreneurial, client‑driven Senior Project Manager to oversee a growing pipeline of heavy industrial, manufacturing, and food & beverage projects across the St. Louis region and the Midwest.

ACME is 100% employee‑owned (ESOP) and prioritizes safety, superior project management, and customer focus.
Responsibilities- Lead weekly project progress meetings addressing safety, scheduling, material availability, submittals, changes, delays, legal and risk management.
- Review monthly project reports, approve vendor invoices and timesheets, maintain labor and material data for project control and analysis.
- Manage full scope of projects from client engagement to estimation and completion, making critical decisions regarding cost, scope, quality, safety, and scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to schedule and budget, communicate proactively, and visit client job sites to ensure compliance.
- Partner with project professionals and field crew to ensure timely delivery; provide process improvements.
- Represent ACME as a brand ambassador in the local region, building trusted client relationships and expanding market presence.
- 5‑10+ years of progressive experience in self‑perform construction project management.
- Experience with projects $5‑10M, including estimation, preconstruction, planning, and operational execution.
- Strong project and people‑management skills, safety and compliance focus.
- Four‑year degree or related industry experience.
- Proficiency in project‑management software platforms and ERP systems.
