Overview

At Paradowski Creative, we build immersive brand experiences that spark curiosity, invite participation, and strengthen emotional bonds between people and brands. Even the most brilliant ideas need a clear path to become real—that’s where you come in.

Focused on one high-profile client group, you’ll provide day-to-day structure and coordination across their projects. As Project Manager
, you’ll be at the operational heart of a dynamic client portfolio—translating client goals into actionable plans, bringing clarity to complex work streams, and keeping talented teams focused on what they do best.

Partnering closely with account leads, creatives, strategists, developers, production partners, and the Head of Creative Operations, you’ll turn moving parts into meaningful progress—spotting bumps in the road before they slow anyone down and ensuring momentum from kickoff to completion. With attention to scope, schedules, and standards, you’ll keep projects running smoothly, on time, and within budget.

This is a mid-level role, ideal for a Project Manager with 3–5 years of agency experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage projects from brief to delivery. Collaborate with account leads to define scopes, draft schedules, set milestones, allocate resources, and maintain living project plans for multiple work streams.
  • Resource coordination. Work with creative, strategy, and production leads to understand staffing needs, secure the right people, and surface conflicts early so adjustments can be made smoothly.
  • Budget and scope tracking. Monitor scope and budget at the project level, flag risks, and partner with account leads to keep financials on track without overextending resources.
  • Daily workflow management. Lead standups and status meetings, share concise notes and next steps, and keep tools and files organized so teams can focus on the work.
  • Risk and quality management. Anticipate roadblocks, rally the right people to solve them, and maintain high standards for deliverables.
  • Communication and documentation. Distill complex information into concise, actionable updates—through status reports, meeting recaps, and project documentation.
  • Measurement and retros. After launches and/or priority deliveries, capture learnings and share insights to make the next round even better.
  • Tools and process. Use and advocate for Paradowski’s toolset—Workamajig, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace—and collaborate with the Head of Creative Operations to refine and champion processes that make us smarter, faster, and more connected.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or production environment. Agency experience preferred.
  • Proven success guiding multi-workstream projects from kickoff to completion, including scheduling, resourcing, and budget tracking. Familiarity with building estimates and statements of work (SOWs) is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating across diverse production styles, including (but not limited to) digital activations, web, experiential, video, and social content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, balancing attention to detail with an eye on the big picture.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complexity into clarity and keep cross-discipline teams aligned.
  • Comfortable with project management tools and eager to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Calm, resourceful, and positive under pressure. You keep the work (and the people doing it) moving without chaos.
  • Curiosity about emerging creative technologies and workflows, with the judgment to apply them thoughtfully.
  • Familiarity and openness to using AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and creative output.
What Success Looks Like
  • Projects consistently deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Teams understand what’s happening now and what’s next, with clear owners and dates.
  • Risks are surfaced early and resolved before they become roadblocks.
  • Budgets and systems stay accurate and up to date.
  • Internal partners feel informed, supported, and excited about the work.

We’re a creatively driven, strategically focused agency built on curiosity and craft. Here, process serves possibility, and every project is a chance to make something meaningful. As a Project Manager, you’ll help unlock creative potential by keeping the path clear and the energy high. Join us and shape what comes next!
