As a Project Manager, you will be a vital member of Murphy’s Construction Operations team, helping build our portfolio through attention to detail and time management to ensure timely, accurate, and thorough project completion.
Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company- Responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of projects
- Manage all aspects of job set‑up, including project costing, labor hours, and scheduling
- Schedule crews to meet customer schedules and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow
- Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan
- Ensure all local, state, and national building codes and regulations are followed
- Set up, assist, and review billings preparation
- 5+ years’ experience supervising and running construction projects
- Ability to lead projects of $5 million plus
- BIM and coordination management experience
- Capable of managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
- Excellence in planning how each process should function
- Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
- Excels at organization, time‑management, problem‑solving and budgeting
- Experience with construction project management software
