- Oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish, on time and on budget.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts; spot issues early and keep things on track.
- Lead teams, including engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.
- Be the main point of contact for clients and partners—run meetings, give updates, and build strong relationships.
- Visit job sites regularly to review progress, ensure quality, and uphold safety and code standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of mechanical contracting or construction project management experience, with a track record of managing commercial or industrial mechanical builds.
- Ability to lead projects of $5 million plus
- Proficient in project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong communicator with leadership skills—capable of thinking strategically and acting tactually.
- Experience in construction project management software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
