PositionResponsibilities
- Lead and manage all hotel operations to ensure consistent profitability and compliance with franchise standards and local laws.
- Oversee human resources functions, including hiring, training, and coaching associates to foster a high-performance, motivated team culture.
- Analyze financial results and implement strategic actions to improve revenue, manage expenses, and maximize GOP.
- Maintain the physical asset in first-class condition through diligent oversight of capital and property programs.
- Resolve guest concerns with a high degree of professionalism to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction scores.
- Engage with the local community and key accounts to promote the property and drive future business growth.
- A four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in hotel management, specifically in a General Manager capacity.
- Proven track record with Hilton or Marriott brand standards and systems.
- Advanced financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L, evaluate data, and execute operational efficiencies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface with owners, executives, and guests.
- Base Salary: $105,000 – $115,000
- Bonus: 20% annual potential
