Warehouse Manager

Alpha Zero Global Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across two to three warehouse facilities. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse execution, and strong communication across internal teams and external partners.

• Manage daily operations across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, receiving, put-away, pick/pack, and outbound processes
• Manage, and optimize QSSI WMS (or comparable enterprise WMS) to ensure real-time inventory visibility and reporting
• Maintain clear communication with operations, customers, and leadership teams
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Ensure safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements are consistently followed
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management of warehouse staff as needed

• 5+ years of hands-on Warehouse Management experience (multi-site preferred)
• Strong, practical experience using WMS platforms; QSSI experience is a major plus
• Proven track record of maintaining high inventory accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
• Clear, confident communicator across warehouse teams, operations, and leadership
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in real time
