  • J.D., and 10+ years’ experience
    , including in‑house experience in services, construction, facilities, or similar industry.
  • Operational experience in commercial contracts, employment, real estate, and M&A.
  • Executive decision‑maker: advising senior leadership, collaborating with CFO and COO to support branch leaders across five states while managing risk and enabling growth.

  • Leadership of back‑office teams like HR, AP, purchasing, and branch administrators; aligning processes and controls with company policies.
