What You’ll Do:
Coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team focused on both new business development and growing existing accounts.
Set clear sales goals, track progress, and drive accountability to ensure results.
Monitor sales margins, address low-margin trends, and implement winning strategies.
Manage inventory and stock requests to maximize profitability.
Partner with reps to develop tailored solutions and consolidation strategies for customers.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sales leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of sales metrics, profit/loss, and estimating
Proven ability to build and manage successful sales teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
