PositionSummary
The Sales Manager will serve as the primary trainer and mentor for the sales department, responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing sales team. This role includes managing performance against clearly defined KPIs, utilizing CRM tools to track results, and conducting ride‑alongs as needed to provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Base Salary: $75,+ (Commensurate with experience).
- Bonus Program: up to an additional $50-$75k bonus (KPIs are based on meeting company metrics).
