The Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in the company, serving as the central figure for operational activities. This position requires a candidate who can manage back-office operations while maintaining a focus on client service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating the challenges of a dynamic work environment. A strong emphasis on adaptability and emotional intelligence is essential, as the individual will support a client-oriented advisor.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the company
• Reconcile data and assist with paperwork
• Handle onboarding processes for new clients
• Provide client services while maintaining a focus on customer needs
• Collaborate with team members to adapt to urgent requests
• Utilize Orion software to support operational growth
• Maintain a high level of flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Client Services Manager Requirements:

• Experience with Schwab, preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• No specific licensing requirements
• Experience in a financial firm, preferred
• Familiarity with Orion software is strongly preferred
