Our client, a leading organization in the technology and healthcare sector, is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $74 per hour

Duration: around 3 months

Should be open to traveling to Indianapolis

What's the Job?

• Lead a short-term project supporting access changes within internal applications.
• Establish structure, organize stakeholders, and drive readiness activities for project success.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Security, and technical teams to track progress and ensure alignment.
• Lead organizational readiness activities, including stakeholder communications and change management tasks.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience as an IT or business project manager.
• Proven ability to organize complex work streams and drive execution independently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with proactive risk and issue management capabilities.
• Experience with Smartsheets, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Suite collaboration tools.
