Project Manager, Healthcare Management, Program ​/ Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and healthcare sector, is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Should be open to traveling to Indianapolis

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead a short-term project supporting access changes within internal applications.

+ Establish structure, organize stakeholders, and drive readiness activities for project success.

+ Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues, escalating as necessary.

+ Coordinate closely with HR, Security, and technical teams to track progress and ensure alignment.

+ Lead organizational readiness activities, including stakeholder communications and change management tasks.

** What's Needed?*
* + Prior experience as an IT or business project manager.

+ Proven ability to organize complex work streams and drive execution independently.

+ Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Self-starter with proactive risk and issue management capabilities.

Experience with  
** Smartsheets, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Suite collaboration tools.*
