Description:
Christian Brothers College High School (CBC) is a renowned Catholic, Lasallian high school serving young men in grades 9-12 in St. Louis, Missouri. We are currently searching for a dedicated and experienced leader to serve as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (VP/COO).
The VP/COO plays a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the operational efficiency and strategic direction of CBC High School. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the school’s executive leadership team, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills to lead and develop operational and financial strategy.
Ideal candidate would have:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Background in strategic planning, resource allocation and team building
- Experience in project management
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Experience working for a non-profit and/or educational institution preferred, but not required
- Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge preferred, but not required
