Job Summary:
Our client is local to St. Louis, MO and is a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Education, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Restaurant/Retail, and Workplace sectors. - Plans and develops various sized projects with many complexities, executes and coordinates project production internally as well as coordinates with other disciplines and sub-consultants.
- Prepares proposals and contracts for mid-sized projects under the oversight of a Senior Project Manager.
- Reviews project billing and fee management as applicable, coordinating with the Accounting team on payments and outstanding invoices.
- Serves as the primary client liaison, guiding projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
- Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates staff assignments across projects of varying size and complexity.
- Assists with QA/QC reviews during project production for small- to mid-sized projects, ensuring compliance with current building codes, office standards, and client requirements.
- Represents the interests, concerns, and challenges of the project team, working closely with the Senior Project Manager to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- 5-12+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience in relative project types preferred but not required.
- A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Has experience, a good understanding and knowledge of building code and other design standards as well as an interest in developing and maintaining quality drawings, and efficiencies within the office.
- Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
- Possesses a well-rounded knowledge of the design/production and construction process.
