The Stage: NBA, NHL, NCAA and MLS Stadiums
Salary: $75,000 + Performance Bonuses
Location: St. Louis, Missouri (In Office)
The MissionWe don’t just install screens; we build the digital infrastructure of modern sports. As our Project Manager, you will be the "Quarterback" for the deployment of iSite interactive displays across major league stadiums. You’ll lead the transition from empty concrete walls to high-octane, fan-facing technology.
Why This Role?- The Venues: Your "office" changes from Enterprise Center to Madison Square Garden.
- The Tech: You’ll work with next-gen iSite hardware/software integration.
- The Impact: Your work is seen by tens of millions of fans every season.
- The Growth: We are scaling fast; we need someone who wants to build a department, not just fill a seat.
- Own the Lifecycle: Lead projects from site survey and procurement through to the "Big Screen" go-live.
- Command the Field: Manage on-site contractors, union labor, and internal engineers to ensure pixel-perfect installations.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between stadium operations, IT departments, and our internal CTO.
- Beat the Clock: Sports seasons don t wait. You’ll manage tight timelines to ensure everything is live by Opening Day.
- The Technical Planner: You possess the ability to update site blueprints with high accuracy. You will be responsible for designating exact screen mounting heights while strategically plotting network cabinets and 120V power tap locations.
- The High-Stakes Negotiator: You are comfortable managing significant budgets and negotiating with specialized contractors. You will ensure installation quotes align with our benchmarks while vetting any "out-of-scope" work to protect the project s bottom line.
- The Infrastructure Architect: You understand the mechanics of a stadium-scale rollout. You can design CAT6 "long pulls" (up to 300' to the venue IDF) and ensure all structured cabling is terminated, tested, and labeled to meet our rigorous diagnostic standards.
- The Compliance & Safety Lead: You ensure every installation meets industry standards and that all site work utilizes proper fire stopping and safety techniques.
- The Hardware Authority: You are an expert in physical deployment. You know the exact hardware required to secure 20 lb displays to diverse surfaces including tile, concrete, brick, and drywall, ensuring our gear stays put in high-traffic environments.
- The Systems Liaison: You can speak "stadium ops" and "IT" simultaneously. You’ll manage the technical requirements for VLAN isolation, outbound HTTPS port 443, and the integration of PoE+ data switches to keep the iSite network running smoothly.
- Comprehensive Health & Dental
- Travel stipends and "perks of the trade" (yes, that occasionally means being in the building for the big game).
- Generous PTO to recharge after a major launch.
