As our Creative Operations Manager you are an integral part of our client’s in‑house creative studio, partnering directly with creative and marketing leadership to orchestrate seamless workflows. We foster a supportive, growth‑oriented environment where your ability to optimize processes and champion new technologies like Gen AI along with Workfront directly shapes the team’s success.
Responsibilities- Orchestrate Global Talent:
Accelerate our impact by managing a diverse bench of freelancers, vendors, and offshore partners, ensuring we always have the right experts in place. - Master the Workflow:
Lead the charge in Adobe Workfront, generating high‑impact workload balancing reports that protect our team's capacity and drive efficiency. - Pioneer New Frontiers:
Direct the administration of Gen AI technology, streamlining how we innovate while staying ahead of evolving rights and regulations. - Champion Compliance:
Oversee the seamless onboarding of new partners, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring every collaboration starts on a foundation of excellence.
- Proven experience:
3‑5 years leading creative operations or resource management within a dynamic agency setting. - Workfront mastery:
Deep proficiency in Adobe Workfront is essential to navigate our project landscapes. - Collaborative mindset: A proactive communicator who thrives as a liaison between creative visionaries and cross‑functional teams.
