The Disability Inclusion Consultant is responsible for advancing a culture of inclusion and belonging across the organization, with a focus on supporting caregivers‑employees who provide care for others both within and outside the organization. This role drives enterprise‑wide initiatives that align with organizational strategy, enhance caregiver engagement, and position the organization as a leader in inclusive workplace practices.
Position Details- Experience in employee support, inclusion, program management, or related strategic roles.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in complex environments and drive organizational changes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (written and/or verbal).
- Commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all employees, including those with disabilities.
- Experience or ability to build and manage external partnerships.
