TITLE - Director of Marketing ( AE / Construction Industry)
LOCATION - St. Louis, MO
A respected, growth-oriented AEC organization is seeking a strategic marketing builder to elevate its marketing function into a true enterprise growth driver. This is a builder role — suited for a leader who wants enterprise impact, long-term influence, and the opportunity to shape how a legacy brand evolves through its next phase of growth.
The Role:- Develop and lead enterprise marketing strategy aligned to growth and market expansion
- Build structure, systems, and governance within a lean, evolving team
- Elevate proposal and pursuit positioning in a project-driven environment
- Unify brand voice and storytelling across regions and new acquisitions
- Support M&A integration, brand alignment, and market positioning initiatives
- Partner closely with executive leadership as a strategic growth advisor
- 10+ years progressive marketing experience; 3+ years in Director-level leadership
- AE / AEC / construction or complex B2B professional services experience HIGHLY preferred
- Experience building or restructuring a marketing function
- Exposure to M&A, brand integration, or multi-office expansion environments
- Confident executive presence with ability to influence strong leadership teams
