Artori Group provides centralized leadership in Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Operations. We are hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing to elevate brand strategy, drive revenue-supporting initiatives, and lead a high-performing marketing team across all business lines.
Position SummaryThe Senior Manager of Marketing is responsible for executing a marketing strategy through high-quality campaigns, public relations initiatives, copywriting, and brand storytelling. This role leads a team focused on campaign execution and content delivery, ensuring marketing efforts strengthen brand positioning, support growth objectives, and reflect the company’s values of Care, Creativity, and Collaboration. You will operate at both a strategic and hands‑on level, shaping the voice of the organization while ensuring executional excellence across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning- Lead enterprise brand strategy across all entities and business units
- Ensure each brand maintains a distinct identity while reinforcing the integrated Artori Group ecosystem
- Develop brand standards, messaging frameworks, and voice guidelines
- Partner with executive leadership on reputation strategy and long‑term positioning
- Serve as chief steward of written communication across the organization
- Accountable for high-quality copywriting for website content, investment materials, proposals and pitch decks, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications
- Refine messaging to ensure clarity, credibility, and differentiation in the market
- Develop and execute PR strategy across St. Louis, Denver, Charlotte, and other growth markets
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and partners
- Manage press releases, media pitches, executive profiles, and crisis communication
- Elevate executive thought leadership through speaking engagements, awards, and content strategy
- Design integrated marketing campaigns to support all entities and business units
- Oversee digital strategy including website performance, SEO, social media, and analytics
- Collaborate with business leaders to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Track KPIs and report performance insights to ELT
- Lead and develop the Marketing team
- Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability
- Build scalable systems and processes to support growth
- Identify resource gaps and recommend strategic hires or external partners
- 7–12+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience leading multi‑brand or multi‑division marketing functions
- Strong copywriting and editorial instincts
- Demonstrated experience in public relations and media strategy
- Proven team leadership and talent development experience
- Experience in commercial real estate, private equity, construction, or architecture strongly preferred
