Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred or 3 minimum of years of experience or combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $63,200-$79,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?The Global Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for developing and facilitating a multitude of Employee Experience programs to support an exceptional employee experience. Career clarity drives engagement, retention, and performance. This role plays a critical part in shaping how employees grow and how the organization builds future capability. Individuals in this role will help create transparent pathways that empower employees to own their careers while enabling leaders to build strong, future-ready teams.
Responsibilities- Cultivates strong business partnerships while acting as a trusted advisor to the business on identifying Employee Experience solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Supports career architecture governance, including advising the business on job families, job levels, career pathways, title rationalization, and competency mapping to ensure a consistent, transparent structure across the organization.
- Develops tools and resources that enable managers and employees to navigate career development effectively.
- Prepares analyses, dashboards, and facilitation materials that inform leadership discussions and strategic talent decisions.
- Helps create career development planning tools and processes that strengthen the leadership pipeline health.
- Supports enterprise succession planning strategy.
- Works across the entire Employee Development team to map out long-term learning plans and select the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to support organizational learning.
- Designs performance support and learning materials, such as facilitator guides, job aids, information resources, videos, presentations, eLearning, and communication plans based on end-learner needs.
- Facilitates Employee Experience programs within Employee, Professional, and Leadership Development, Early in Career programs and New to WWT programs and initiatives.
- Applies WWT Integrated Management & Leadership Tools and concepts.
- Coordinates all training and development calendar events in order to maintain continuous efficiency.
- Serves as custodian of internal communication, tracking, and training tools and platforms, including SharePoint, MS Teams, Smartsheet, and the WWT Digital Platform.
