Site Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting regional office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to facility oversight, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Support the Facilities Manager in delivering comprehensive property operations and maintenance services for assigned client portfolios
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and service quality
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting financial needs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and on-site stakeholders to enhance service delivery

• Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate or facilities management environment
• Experience managing multiple vendors and small capital projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively
