• Lead the client service team and help set the pace for day-to-day work across your assigned accounts.
• Coach colleagues, solve problems early, and keep service steady for internal partners and clients.
• Work closely with branch leaders and the production team on renewals, retention, and client satisfaction.
• As you improve everyday processes and keep priorities clear, you’ll help the team support branch goals and deliver work that clients can count on.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

• Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements.
• Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
• Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.

• Ability to coach teammates, set clear expectations, and follow through.
• Able to explain next steps, priorities, and client needs in simple terms.
• Ability to work across clients, colleagues, and branch leaders without losing sight of deadlines.
• Able to notice process gaps and help improve how work gets done.
• Ability to build trust through open communication and consistent follow-through.
