About the Role
The Envelope Machine Adjuster works on 527, 627, & Ra envelope folding machines. Youll set up and operate a variety of envelope folding machines to meet customer specifications while maintaining high-quality standards. In addition to adjusting and operating your own machine, youll also step in to assist other adjusters as needed to keep production moving efficiently.
- Set up and adjust folding machines to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain quality standards for folding, printing, and gumming.
- Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with operators and adjusters to ensure production goals are met.
- Keep machines clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Support team members and communicate effectively across shifts.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1 - 2 years experience as an Envelope Adjuster
- Ability to read a ruler and use basic math skills
- Mechanical experience (machine adjusting or mechanics preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and work at heights up to 15 ft.
