** Sanitarian
* * to join our team at our
** St. Louis, MO
** Milling location. As a Sanitarian, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation through the pro-active inspection and thorough cleaning of the Mill and all related system equipment.
** Responsibilities:
*** Maintain a clean work environment; sweeping floors, vacuuming, shoveling, hand brushing, light scraping, etc.
* Monitor and report plant conditions.
* Accurate completion of all documentation.
* Operate in accordance with all food safety policies and procedures.
*
* Qualifications:

*** Able to follow directions and work independently, without direct supervision.
* Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes.
* Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted.
* Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
