Sirius Staffing is seeking multiple Packaging Operators to join our client’s manufacturing team in St. Louis, MO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and competitive pay.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Note:
Face must be cleanly shaved for the role.

• Stage, fill (manually or semi-automatically), cap, label, and over-pack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products according to approved packaging specifications.
• Utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety controls.
• Complete accurate packaging and batch documentation in compliance with ISO procedures.
• Deliver finished products to inventory.
• Fill, cap, and label chemical products safely and accurately.
• Follow all quality, safety, and compliance procedures.
• Support site quality systems and documentation practices.
• Train other employees as needed and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or packaging environment.
• Experience mixing, labeling, and handling chemicals.
• Basic math skills (measurements, counts, calculations).
• Basic data entry and computer literacy.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• SAP experience or familiarity
• ISO, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing experience.
