- Perform the electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment.
- Perform mechanical set-up and regulations of mold sets.
- Conduct regular inspections on machines, equipment and facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Detect and replace worn‑out parts and perform emergency repairs.
- Support the Technical Manager in improvement projects and decisions on machines, equipment, molds and processes.
- Support technical staff to solve minor technical problems affecting the quality of the product and production process.
- 3 years of experience as a Process Technician, Machine Operator or related occupation in the rigid plastic manufacturing industry.
- Experience with plastic product manufacturing equipment, including performing electromechanical installation and setup of equipment, inspecting and maintaining machines, fabricating mechanical and other parts to ensure product continuity.
- Knowledge of plastic blow molding processing techniques including Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), Stretch Blow Molding (SBM), and Injection Molding (IM) production processes.
