Prepare doughnut ingredients including brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings;

Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste;
Maintain sanitation standards in production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment;
Collaborate with team to ensure timely production and high quality doughnuts
