Precision Alloy Welding Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO 63110

You start your shift reviewing 2D drawings and blueprints, translating specifications into a clear welding plan. You prep your station, dial in your MIG or stick settings, and move between steel, aluminum, and stainless components with confidence. Each pass is purposeful—root, fill, and cap—followed by careful inspection to confirm the weld meets dimensional and quality requirements. You coordinate with teammates to hit project milestones, keep your work area organized and safe, and finish the day stronger than you started by sharpening your skills through ongoing training.

• Execute specialized welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to exact specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine weld sequence and requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and associated tools for safe, efficient production.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional team members to meet schedule commitments.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safety‑focused work environment.
• Participate in continuous training to expand advanced welding capabilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant welding certifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in specialized welding processes.
• Thorough knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
