• Translate specifications, blueprints, and 2D drawings into accurate assemblies of heavy industrial machinery.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment confidently to complete builds.
• Run quality and safety checks to ensure components meet performance requirements.
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and keep production moving smoothly.
• Maintain a tidy, safe work area that supports efficiency.
• Record assembly steps and flag any inconsistencies to your supervisor.
• Engage in training opportunities to sharpen your assembly techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent; added technical training is a bonus.
• Proven experience assembling heavy industrial equipment or similar machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools used in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
