Manufacturing Tool Technician for Assembly and Spinning – St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a Manufacturing Tool Technician for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location. The Tool Technician will support the Membrane Solutions organization by ensuring all production tooling is maintained in a ready state. This includes spinning tooling (winders and jets) maintenance and calibration, as well as assembly tooling such as potting molds.
Key Responsibilities- Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.
- Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability.
- Develop quick‑change options for changeovers.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow.
- Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization.
- Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes.
- Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance.
- Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience or technical/associate degree, certificate, or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
- Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends.
- Basic problem‑solving skills.
- Starting Pay: $28.79 per hour
- 12‑hour rotating shift (36 / 48 hour work weeks)
