Production Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate who will serve as a utility worker, assisting in various areas of our facility. This role involves tasks such as sweeping, moving materials, operating machines, and cleaning/maintaining equipment in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Sweep and maintain cleanliness across the facility.
- Move and manage materials as required.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
- Must be clean shaven for respirator use.
- Strong commitment to safety, including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear protection and steel‑toed boots.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in physically demanding jobs such as construction, yard labor, landscaping, or mechanics is preferred.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a non‑climate controlled environment, which can be dusty and dirty. Employees must wear a respirator and appropriate PPE, and be prepared for a physically demanding work setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.26 - $22.26/hr.
