We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Formulation & Production Specialist to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, including batching, formula execution, and troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their skillset and take on more ownership as the team expands.

• Assist with batching and execution of formulas following established procedures
• Accurately weigh, measure, and handle raw materials during production
• Support proper order of operations to maintain consistency and product integrity
• Monitor product texture, appearance, and performance during batching
• Flag inconsistencies, issues, or deviations in real time
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and process adjustments under guidance
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant production work spaces
• Support documentation of batch records and production notes

• You have strong attention to detail and can follow processes closely
• You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced production environment
• You proactively identify issues and communicate them clearly
• You are reliable, organized, and take ownership of your work
