Design Services Specialist

Duke Manufacturing Company is seeking a Design Services Specialist to join our Customer Care team.

In this role, you'll be at the intersection of customer experience, design, and operational execution
—helping bring tailored solutions to life. You won't just process requests—you'll help solve problems, improve outcomes, and directly impact customer success.

• Partner with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare quotes and estimates for new and existing products
• Create and modify sales drawings using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams
• Support product modifications and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate updates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality across all deliverables

• Experience with 3D CAD (AutoCAD preferred)
• Background in estimating, quoting, or bid preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  ; EPICOR experience preferred
• Understanding of freight and logistics processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
