Dairy Farmers of America - - Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of mix rooms by following schedules and formulas to plan the sequence of mix.;
Collect required samples for Quality Assurance testing.;
Exercise care and follow sanitary process procedures related to pumping of mix.;
Maintain working knowledge of ingredient mix for batching purposes.;
Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
